Thank you for shopping with Marea Collective. We’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation email is received.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please note that processing times may be extended during product launches, promotions, holidays, or high-volume periods.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We currently ship within the United States.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

International Shipping

Marea Collective may offer international shipping to select countries.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or additional carrier charges that may apply once the package reaches the destination country.

Marea Collective is not responsible for delays due to customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package’s journey.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Marea Collective is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately at hello@wearmareaco.com. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Marea Collective is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@wearmareaco.com with your order number and photos of the issue so we can assist you.
