Refund & Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags attached, hygienic liner intact, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or made-to-order products

  • Gift cards

For hygiene reasons, all swimwear must be returned with the protective liner intact and in unworn condition.

Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or removal of tags/hygiene liner will not be accepted.

We also do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Sale Items

Sale or discounted items are eligible for return unless explicitly marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return your original item once your return is accepted, and then place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether your refund was approved.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.
